Apologies for "bumping" an old thread. I did a thread search for an existing discussion thread about the original Highway to Heaven television series and could only find this thread.

Have got the UK DVD season sets from Revelation Films, but haven't watched them yet. I think it was the Wikipedia section for Highway to Heaven that I looked at recently. Seems a bit of a mess with regards to whether there are any DVD releases with uncut episodes.

Also, I didn't know this until recently, but late last year a Highway to Heaven reboot TV film aired in the States. Has it had a physical media release?

Definitely looks like one to avoid this. Making an exception by posting this in this thread, rather than starting a new thread in the Germany sub-forum. Watched some of a repeat of a Season 1 episode of Highway to Heaven on one of the UK TV channels which formerly had Sony in their title (replaced by the word 'Great') last night. Checked the show's Wikipedia section afterwards. I knew the show has had DVD releases in various countries (including in the UK by Revelation Films), but it's been very inconsistent regarding whether the episodes are uncut or syndicated versions. However, something new had been added in the show's Wikipedia section, a German Blu-ray release of the series on Friday 2nd September, 2022.

Have since checked Amazon.de for this Blu-ray release. It's from Pidax. Unfortunately, it's a five-disc Blu-ray set, reminding me of the Freddy's Nightmares discussion thread in the Germany sub-forum recently.

Elephant Films have posted on their Facebook page recently about a DVD boxset coming out soon of Highway to Heaven (Les Route du Paradis). Having checked their website listing page, the release date is Tuesday 29th April (subject to change).
