The Steelbooks at my store weren't scratched anywhere on the picture art, but noticed some of the spines had tiny scratches. I had to inspect them all to find the perfect one.

Rickah88, did your steelbook have the defect described above in the upper right-hand side as well?

Got mine this morning, about 9 on end cap.

Just opened it up and no stacked discs, not even one over the other. Each disc in its own holder.

Just picked mine up. Only five left in the back by the electronics. Didn't see any big display and didn't want to stick around to find it. Went to the ten items or less checkout and some women had about 20 items. Then she started adding gum and cigs. I hate Walmart.

Do both digital copy codes work with iTunes? It let me download anchorman 2 on iTunes but it tells me the code for the first movie is not valid

Is it $24.96 in store? I paid $29.96 + shipping for my online order. Would I be able to pick one up in store and then return the online order in store or would I have to ship it back?

I had the same exact problem, iTunes support told me to contact Paramount directly. Neither of my Ultraviolet codes worked either, I'm pretty ticked about that.

Wal-Mart was just putting them our when I picked mine up this morning. I met a fellow Steelbook collector who had a $5 coupon. I asked him where he got it, he said from AMC. He said he had more in his car and asked if I wanted one. Heck yeah!

The coupon says "Combo Pack" on it (maybe for the Blu-ray/DVD version), but it does work on the Steelbook. The cashier had to scan it a few times for it to work, but it does apply to the Steel if anyone else has this.

As for the Steels themselves, the Wal-Mart had about 16, a lot of them with spine slashes.

Picked one up & it looks great but does have that defect...looks like the gloss did not get applied in that area.

Edit: Discoloration? No I don't see anything wrong with my copy. I'd have to see a picture showing the defect.
Edit2: Now I do see what appears to be a smal(trapezoidal shape) to the right of Ron's 'stache, on the edge of the front cover. You can only see it when you turn the steelbook, to catch the light. Not concerned about it, as you have to go out of your way to find it. I'll check my other copy arriving soon and see if it's got the same thing. Looks like a printing error.

Yes, $24.96 in-store. I'm pretty sure you could either call and have the extra amount refunded(if you wanted to keep it), or return it to a local store for a full refund.

Look again in the right light...it appears this may be a run wide error. If not then congrats to anyone that got one without the defect.

That's not a defect. It's the source picture. You are looking at the space between his shirt collar ending and hair starting. It's a different color tone than the clothing and hair.

Mine has the discoloration too but I just thought it was there to distinguish his head from the background
