Heads Up: Limited Edition Game of Thrones 6-Disc Collectible Set - Japan

I ordered the this 6-disc set from Amazon Japan:

But I received this 5-Disc set with no book or bonus disc:

They have identical UPC codes, so there's almost no way to determine which set you're getting. I'd assume it would be the 5-Disc set. My first time buying from Japan - totally disappointed.

I did. I opened the set last night and it is on its way back to Japan today.

Here's what they had to say:

In regard to your query, I checked the item and found that you have received the item of regular edition.

Please note that there's a possibility that a regular edition will be delivered instead if all first editions of an item are sold out. And I also found that we don't offer you first editions including bonus goods (such as a photo book, etc.) because the first edition is out of stock.

if you would like to return the items to us, please return it via DHL by freight prepaid. Please note, 50% of the product amount is refunded for returns of used or opened items.

Thankfully, I noticed it was different before I opened it - otherwise, it's only a 50% refund.

I was always mildly curious to know if the Japanese sets are optically censored, since it appears that Japan may actually get localized sets of the show (i.e. Japanese options so not seem to be hidden on discs also sold in other countries), so you may have dodged another bullet.

Could have been. The set didn't come out until last summer.
