List of Retailer Exclusive Bonus Discs?

Do we have a database of this here or a thread? I cannot find one, but I was sure it existed.

What I mean by this are movies that have extra features relegated to being a bonus disc exclusive to some retailer instead of being widely available from all retailers.

There are some sticky'd threads over in the "Collectibles and Limited Editions" subforum. Most of the information has been deleted, but I think you might be able to find links to archived versions. I don't believe anyone has committed to taking over the threads or created new ones.
