I've tried watching some of those. I just can't get through them. For me, the only Angry Birds I can deal with are the interactive "being flung" kind.

They're obviously geared more towards children, but for those who have a fondness for Tom & Jerry or Looney Tunes shorts should find some enjoyment in these.

I thought the cartoons were kinda fun when I watched them in-game on my iPad, but I'm not sure I'd want a whole disc or two of them. Then again, I seriously doubt I'm the target audience.

Definitely cool for the young'uns, though; I could easily see myself watching them all as a kid.

I guess they gave up releasing these on blu-ray as Season 2, Volume 1 is DVD only.

The whole "Volume" thing is what kept me away. Sure do volumes, but at least have enough content on there to fill a BD-50. I have no desire to keep buying single-volume BD-25s in separate cases, when the same two volumes can be combined into one BD-50 disc.

Also, the lossy audio put me off, too. I mean, it's a Sony title, use lossless 2.0, at least.

Yes, there is still no sign of a Blu-Ray release for season 2 anywhere worldwide.

The worst part is the recent DVD release of Angry Birds Season 2 Volume 1 only offers half the content (13 episodes), compared to the previous DVD releases (26 episodes). The only reason to even split season 2 into two parts is to make even more money.
