1982 was an awesome year, and there are several great films from which to choose.

Blade Runner is my clear favorite from that year, though.

I'd be surprised if I've even seen twenty films released that year, although I'll try and compile a list. In the mean time, Blade Runner is, naturally, the greatest creation in the history of the known universe.

EDIT:

Okay, these are the ones I've seen and I've listed them in order of preference:

Blade Runner
Tenebrae
White Dog
Poltergeist
Forbidden Zone
The Thing
The Plague Dogs
First Blood
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial
Halloween III: Season of the Witch
Conan the Barbarian
Basket Case
The Last American Virgin
Tron
Fast Times at Ridgemont High
Porky's
Creepshow (not a knock on the film my ranking it so low - I just haven't seen it in ages and can barely remember it)
The New York Ripper
Grease 2

Believe me, Creepshow was better than Porky's. If possible, Porkys should be last, and then drop it down a few notches from there.

Yes, 1982 was an incredible year, maybe one of the best ever, as your list shows. But you left off three of the very best releases from 1982:

Peter Weir's The Year of Living Dangerously (starring Mel Gibson and Sigourney Weaver)
Philip Borsos' The Grey Fox (a fantastic western set in British Columbia starring Richard Farnsworth)
Costa-Gavra's Missing (starring Jack Lemmon and Sissy Spacek)

Also left off:

Ron Howard's Night Shift (starring Henry Winkler and Michael Keaton).

All four of these are at the top of my Blu-ray wishlist.

Those four along with Blade Runner and The Thing make my top 6.

This is literally everything I've seen from 1982.

48 Hrs.
Airplane II: The Sequel
Blade Runner
Creepshow
E.T. the Extraterrestrial
First Blood
Friday the 13th Part III
Poltergeist
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
The Thing
Visiting Hours

My favorite would probably be either The Thing or Blade Runner. Or E.T. It's hard to choose

I was only 5 years old. Would've ranked differently back then, but the current standing:

ET: The Extra Terrestrial
Blade Runner
Poltergeist
The Thing
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
First Blood
Conan The Barbarian
Gandhi

Haven't seen The Dark Crystal. In fact some in the list I didn't see it in 1982.
