Brad Bird has tweeted that anyone who wants to see an Iron Giant Deluxe Edition blu-ray should tweet to @WBHomeEnt and #IronGiant and let WB know.

It's only a 30 second task for you to do, but by doing it you will be bringing us close to a respectful release for a masterpiece of cinema. Yes, I am not kidding...as far as film theory goes, it's amazing!
