Default Add PS Vita to videogames section?

It's not a Blu-ray only site with DVDs, Xbox 360 and Wii games listed. Why not add PS Vita too?

I partially agree but here is the way I see it. The Vita is a cartridge based system and I believe the site is trying to stick to disc based categories. If the Vita gets added where does the line stop? If it's added then the 3DS, and DS might as well be added as well. Along with that then there will be demands for legacy game console collections. I believe it should stay the way it is.

Wow I'm not gonna lie I'm a bit surprised, but if you guys are up for it I'd love to see the following collections get added:

PS Vita, Nintendo DS & 3DS, Vinyl, CD's and Laser Discs.

This is the reason I love this site so much.

We are up for it
We are currently very busy, but you can speed up the process if you help us specify:
1) Exactly which consoles you want added.
1) What specs/fields we need for the consoles. Here's an example for Call of Duty PS4:

I'll post that info up in this thread tonight if no one beats me to it. As for the consoles Playstion Vita, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS would be the main ones. A CD collection would be awesome as well.

EDIT: For the Playstation Vita and the Nintendo DS the only things that would need to be dropped from the specs/field are "PlayStation Move" and "3D compatible". For the Nintendo 3DS the only thing that would need to be dropped is "PlayStation Move" and I don't know if it would be possible to add something to the "3D compatible" field but if possible "Limited" should be added for 3DS only. CD's would be a bit more complicated.

I know I probably shouldn't keep pushing this but any update on the additional collections iceman? Also cover art for video games is still a huge deal especially with the new display options.

The joke was with the OP asking for Vita to be added, when the site is to focus on DISCS, not cartridge games. Vita is a cartridge, so if it's added so should 8-Tracks, since it's similar to a cartridge, and might as well add in cassette tapes, too. Where does it end?

/\ That's not totally true. We have UV, AIV and iTunes databases that are not disc-based.

Also, I would really like a VHS section. Not at all a lie. Let me know how to get that ball rolling.

As I thought myself. I was glad to be proven wrong by iceman though. As far as I'm concerned if he's up for it then it goes everyone who complains that additional features will hurt the site or their viewing of the site (not necessarily referring to you personally) need to get off of their high horses. If you don't want to use all the features of the site then you don't have to but let other members enjoy them. It is much more convenient for myself and other members to have this data all in one place instead of scattered all over the web. This is one of the most accommodating sites I've ever been on and I'm glad for it.
