When a title in my UV collection is labeled as "HD" and I try to play it, it always says "HD not available" and it gives me the SD version to watch.

Some devices don't support some playback formats.
Just a weak example is PC with Vudu, some movies on PC are only available in SD where as some can be played in HDX (Vudu's version of 1080p). Yet my Roku plays all titles in HDX HD or SD. |

Only always.
I always have trouble watching in HD. I don't great internet. But with WB titles its not a problem because WB is so cheap, if the code was originally SD it will always be SD. Even if every other studio seems to have upgraded all codes to HD if you redeem them now. Warner Bros. what is there problem? Sorry that may not be true about all studios. I have never redeemed a code from Paramount. Last edited by TheDean; 05-19-2014 at 04:02 AM. |
