Default Bubble Text?

Sometimes the bubble text works and sometimes it doesn't. I know that I am not making any changes to my browser, so it must be BR.com that includes support for bubble text. Is there an option in the user profile settings that allows to turn on/off bubble text? For myself, I personally like the bubble text when I hover the mouse over the thumbnail or a link. Much of the time, it is not easy to see the title clearly so that is why it is a good idea to have bubble text enabled. Sure saves time when scanning the site. After all, when you work for a living, one does not have much time to visit a favorite site. So that's why I ask, could we have bubble text enabled full time? Thanks.

By bubble text I assume you mean that you get a text with the title name when you hover with the mouse over a cover? This should always be enabled, but we might have missed it on some page. Which page doesn't it work on?
