LOL Guess What I Bought For $5 - Blu-ray Forum

at work (GS) some guy got his 360 stolen from him and he traded in everything he had, but one thing we dont take back anymore is the 360 HD DVD player! lmfao, so when i saw it, i simply said, "So you picked the wrong side i see" hes like yea he doesnt need any of this anymore. so jokingly i was like i will give you 5bucks, he was like $10, im like naw thats cool. hes like SOLD at $5

so yea $5 for a DVD Upconverter isnt to shabby eh?

Future Shop had a sale on them for $20. I was really considering buying one, but I bought Big Fish instead. For $5, however, I wouldn't even have hesitated. Excellent grab man!

where do you guys all find the HD dvd players for such low prices?

I cant seem to find them anywhere around me
(Philadelphia area)

I kinda want to pick one up, just to up convert my standard DVDs.

Yep. I might have bought one because I am obsessed with Hot Fuzz and the player plus a used copy was under 20 bucks total. Embarassing, but it might have happened.
