An interesting other tidbit off by itself in the listing:

I think this means that there is some new video encoding method debuting for live-action films from Pony Canyon with these retail (i.e. "cell") BDs.

EDIT: It actually means that Pony Canyon will employ Panasonic's "Master Grade Video Coding" (MGVC) technology, presumably for the first time in a live action BD release. See below.

But Panasonic's "Master Grade Video Coding" stores additional bit expansion data to enable you to enjoy movies in professional studio master like quality with 36-bit gradients (approximately 68.7 billion colors). In addition to "009 RE:CYBORG" displayed at the exhibition, new software such as Studio Ghibli productions will soon become available.
EDIT: Warner Japan have used it on their releases of Shield of Straw AKA 藁の楯 わらのたて (2013) and Unforgiven AKA 許されざる者 (2013) prior to this release, so I guess it is the first live-action Pony Canyon release. Other releases can be seen at the bottom of this page at Panasonic.

Amazon Japan? They are fine, I ordered two steelbooks from them and they came mint. Don't remember what type of box but they were fine when I opened it.
