Default AVP Requim and Panasonic BD-30 problem

I have the Panasonic DMP-BD30 Blu-ray player and it's great. I just got Alien vs Predator:Requim and when I put it into the player, it states: Incompatable Disc". I do have firmware 1.6 on the player. Any ideas for a fix ?

I watched AVP:R when it came out using 1.6 and had no problems whatsoever. The new firmware out is 1.8. I would update and see if that corrects the problem. If not, then perhaps the disc is a dud.

I'm not trying to be smart, but did you put the wrong disc in the player? The disc containing the digital version is in the main spot of the case. The disc with the actual movie is on the left hand side.

Disc 1 on the left, disc 2 on the right, make sure you put Disc 1 in your Blu-ray.

The reason I know this...Yep, I put the wrong disc in at first not noticing that it was the wrong one and I got the same error message.

Do you have the link to download Ver. 1.8 ?? The firmware notice here says Ver. 1.6.
