List of Non-UV MGM vudu codes?

Anyone have a list of all the MGM codes available through the current and past walmart promotions that aren't UV yet. I have some of them and am hoping that they end up becoming UV like Robocop did (I had that from a previous walmart promo). Here's the one's I know of:

Yes. I said that in my post It's the second sentence "become uv enabled like Robocop did". I only put it on the list because it's no longer UV on Vudu where the codes redeem. It lost it's UV status over there unfortunately so it's technically no longer a UV code. It stays UV if you had it before the UV status was removed though.
