Amazon won't ship PS3 games internationally and amazon.co.uk won't ship games to Ireland

Is there an online site (US or UK) which will ship these games internationally?

Also anyone know why PS3 games cannot be sold outside the relative jurisdiction but BDs can?

movietyme.com will ship the games to Ireland (and play.com, and sendit.com)

And amazon.co.uk will still ship games to Ireland

Amazon ships videogames internationally.
(Well, maybe not to the ass of the world) but Europe is fine.
