The 750 has DNIE Pro which actually you are going to want to turn off anyways. Also from what i read the 750 has a 6ms response time as where the 650 has a 4ms response. I think for the price difference i would much rather have the 650 and save the cash, which i did.

The only thing that would have changed my mind was led backlighting but the 7 series does not have that.

As far as the integrated subwoofer, that would not interest me in the least seeming there will be no sound coming from the television itself.
They both have a 4ms response time. It even states on Samsung's website.

It is when the 650 bezel looks like crap compared to the 750... the TOC stands out a LOT more in the 650 then the 750 IMO.... Plus the squared bezel is nicer looking then the rounded bezel.

But again all a matter of opinion

My bad Best Buy had their tag wrong, which i guess isnt anything new.

With either tv the only important thing is to atleast switch to cnet settings or calibrate it. Its obviously way too bright out of the box and there is too much red in the picture.

So, the LN52A650 is a better buy over the LNA52750? At Best Buy right now I cna get the 750 for $2849.00 and the 650 for $2899.99. I just want to make sure before I go out and buy this TV.

I would try to get best buy to price match frys.com. You should be able to save some money.

People say that the 750 has built-in games, cooking recipes and a built-in subwoofer. But other than those things, the specs are the exact same. I’ve checked Samsung’s website to confirm it. So it's you call if you want the 650 or the 750.

I would say yes to that. But see what the warranty covers.

I dont care about the subwoofer as it will be hooked up to a surround sound setup. So if those are the only difference I might just save the money and pick up the 650...unless the DLNA is something I would want.

Although for only about 200-300 dollar difference at that point I guess it doesnt matter TOO much.

Thanks!

EDIT: Just checked out DLNA...its interesting but not a big help if the other products you have dont have it. The woofer I dont care about. So it seems its not worth the extra couple hundred bucks.

Do you know (or anyone) if they will be offering these in pure black bezel instead of TOC?

For a few hundred more you should be able to get the 850, this supports deep color like the Pioneer KUROS. Much better blacks, awesome pic for an LCD and the darn thing is only 2" thick, it really is quite amazing. You should look into it.

The 750 is the better model, do you have a Circuit City there??? THey have the 850 for $2859 or something like that. The 750 has the same pic quality as the 650 but it has DLNA capablities, a built in sub woofer and yes the built in content with internet connectivity. The 850 is still one step better than those two. I almost bought one until I say the Pioneer Kuro PDP-5020, nice very very nice.
