ive already sent it in and they fixed it once already, its starting to give me the red rings, by the way already have a PS3, but PS3 doesnt Have Halo, Madden on PS3 sux ,Knockout Kings/Fight Nights its a hell of a lot better on XBox 360, I use the Ps3 for my second blu ray player in my bed room, not all that not all that, blu ray good, ps3 gamins is not all that!

I would think that you would know first off, that there is much hate here for micro$oft and the 360. Second call micro$oft. Third go buy a ps3 and leave us alone about it. ( I also own a 360 and I love mine but this is not the place to talk about it here.)

if its under warranty get it fixed then sell it. i had 3 within a 6 month period before i sold it. if its not underwarranty, sell it on ebay for parts.

Unfortunately, you have to send it back to Microsoft.. at least its still under warranty. In the mean time you could do the good ol' towel trick.

even though this site is NOT a Playstation forum (like the above poster said). Many of us are Playstation fans that have strong resentment towards the xbox for its lack of an HD optical drive (we are an HD forum) and its former support of the inferior HD DVD format.

What you did would be like a Red Sox fan posting in an unofficial Yankees forum that his David Ortiz jersey ripped an he wants to know where to fix it to get it stictched up.

Did you call them about it? A friend of mine got his repaired and came back with a different problem, namely it was scratching discs. He took too long to call them about it and by the time he did they told him that it had been more than 90 days and they couldn't repair it for free.

Call them right away if you haven't done so.

But as far as your question, I don't know of any other place besides Microsoft. They'll repair it but they may charge you.

Well called them and they said its no longer under warranty because we had sent it in previously for the same issue, we are using the towel trick to make it work now

tell them thats BS, because it is. Just threaten or say you are going to join a class action lawsuit if they don't fix it. If they act like they have never heard of these lawsuits, call their bluff. They'll fix it.

DON'T DO ANYTHING THAT COULD POTENTIALLY VOID THE WARRENTY.
