You're missing, he completes his mission and just dies 'cause his body gives out and/or another clone of him is introduced.

I believe 3 different endings.
- Either foxdie will kill him.
- He kills himself for whatever reason
- The patriots kill him because they have made a perfected a clone just like Solid Snake and he is not needed anymore

are you saying that there are 3 possible endings depending on choices you have to make in-game or that you have 3 ideas on how the game could end.

he is believed to be dead. however, we have yet to see his corpse in any of the games since his presumed death.

he will be in Guns of the Patriots in some form, now if its a flashback, or he is like The Sorrow, or if he is still alive i don't know. but i will not be suprised if Big Boss is still alive and a very key part of the story. In fact i will almost guarentee he is a key part of the story, maybe even more than Solid Snake himself. There are a lot of questions that need to be tied up about Big Boss.

but are you sure thats solid snake in the trailer? it could be big boss. he would be around that age if he had survived. all he would really need is some type of eye implant to avoid a plot hole, which could easily be explained.

You probably don't remember, but leading up to MGS 2: Sons of Liberty launch Kojima had everybody believing the game was mostly about Solid Snake, and then bam! an hour into the game you get hit with playing as Raiden until the very end of the game.

Kojima even edited Solid Snake into parts that Raiden was in, to cover this up.

Yeah, I remember. But I don't think it's Big Boss. Liquid calls him Brother in one of the trailers which means he knows he's Solid Snake. And Big Boss wouldn't look like that even if he still was alive lol. We'll find out soon enough, all in good time.

yeah, id imagine he'd kind of look like darth vader without his suit (solid snake used a flamethrower on him).

if solid snake does take his own life (ill admit, i think there is a decent chance thats how it goes down). there are going to be a lot of suicide prevention people pissed.

MADD got mad that you could drink and drive in GTA. Just imagine if some parent lost there kid to suicide and now another one of there kids wants to play this Metal Gear Solid game in which the main charcter kills himslef.

Wouldn't suprise me if a few schools sent out some letters home to parents warning them about the content of the game. Suicide is more than just "violence" which is how it will be portrayed by ESRB ratings.

Wouldn't suprise me either if some messed up kids took their lives like their favorite video game character and we have to hear about it for 5 nights straight on Nancy Grace.
