This would be awesome. Love that era Slater stuff. Would love to see Kuffs and Gleaming The Cube as well.

Agreed - late '80's/early '90's era Slater is great; I've never seen either Kuffs or GTC, so would like to see these on Blu as well. I tried to watch GTC on an extremely sub-par, full-screen print a while back, and couldn't watch more than a couple of minutes since the PQ & non-anamorphic print were so poor...

Pump Up the Volume has been pretty high on my (lengthy) Blu-ray wishlist for quite some time. Great movie and long overdue, no doubt. I just pray they release it before physical media goes kaput and everything switches to digital only, especially since I traded in my DVD a couple years ago during BB's U&S, assuming it was a given to show up on Blu eventually...

I think we still have a good few years of physical media, they are still making millions off it and smaller companies are still licensing out smaller titles on the regular. I held on to my DVD and will gift it when the blu comes out

With the BR released this month of EMPIRE RECORDS, also directed by Allan Moyle, we can cross our fingers and hope this year we'll enjoy also PUMP UP THE VOLUME on Blu-ray.

I'm actually shocked that this film hasn't gotten the blu ray treatment. This is definitely a top tier movie for me. I watch the DVD quite often.
