are they serious? i finally get every single Bond Movie on DVD, and we are talking the Box sets and the 2 lose movies! now im a huge Bond fan myself but i think im happy with just the restored DVDs! but i will look into seeing if buying the Blu Rays are worth it!

My Bond DVDs just hit Ebay. The upgrade is always worth it to me.

Don't sell your UEs yet, no one have said that all bonus content will be included in the Blu-Rays. My guess is these will be movie only, or offering select bonuses only. Of course I hope I'm wrong.

Which is one step up from not having them at all, but one country's hi-def PQ is often a good excuse to recycle it in another's.

I bought them all on DVD (except Casino Royale of course though I do have Casino Royale on DVD but it's not the same movie oy.)

I can't wait to buy them all on Blu Ray. Very happy my favorite For Your Eyes Only is among the first. Hoping for Goldeneye soon.

yeah if any thing im planning to keep all of my Bond movies! but yeah im hopping they will look better on Blu Ray! i mean we are talking over 40 years of film here!

I believe they were all scanned and cleaned up to HD quality for the "ultimate" DVD sets, so they all 20 movies are ready to go. Clearly there's a timing issue, they can't release them on DVD then a month later push them out on blu, so there had to be a gap.

Also, if they are releasing a selection of 6 toward the end of the year then that ties in nicely with the next movie. I would rather they released them in small batches rather than a big over the top 21 disc set which would cost a small fortune!!

I would expect these to be identical to the Ultimate editions with extras in SD where necessary.

for the most part im pretty happy with the Ultimate Collection! i think ill wait a bit just to see what they do with this Bond packages!

I have had each incarnation of the Bond series on DVD. The latest remasterd and restored DVD's look incredible. I can only imagine how good these are going to look on BD.

hey thats great news,i'm a big james bond fan,it would be awesome if they can get all the james bond movies looking like casino royale or close to it,i just got the dirty harry collection and they did a great job on that,all 5 movies are 4 out of 5 for pq

good thing i passed on the ultimate dvds! it was so tempting but i knew this moment would come Bond being with Sony and all. I have the dvds from mid 90s when Brosnan was Bond, all 21 movies and the 21st being CR on Blu. Can't wait to have all these gems on Blu!

Quantum Of Solace it's a ok movie but not great as CR though.
