Need help regarding Circuit City fathers day coupon.. - Blu-ray Forum

Did anyone get the Circuit City fathers day mailer that had a 15$ off, and a 18 months, no interest/no payment coupon? I used the 18 month coupon last Sunday to get a PS3, a game, the remote, and Rambo. Well, they didn't apply the coupon to it. I went there today and they are sending in a form to get it changed, but I'd like to have a picture/scan of the front and back of the coupon to show them if I have more problems.

They sent it out... I'm sure they're aware of it... no need for a scan....
