Default Walking Dead

I'm really new to the comic book scene. Started attending a lot of conventions and stores lately. Huge fan of the show and want to start collecting the comics. Just wanting to know your opinion, is it too late to start collecting. I know some of the early issues are very expensive.

First issue alone is over a grand or so. I'd recommend getting the collected editions reprinting several earlier issues together. Also, check out Robert Kirkman's Outcast. It will be the next Walking Dead...

Yeah I saw the first one was over a grand. I bought the 10th anniversary reprint to save cash. lol.

If you like The Walking Dead, you should check out Afterlife With Archie. I think it's a better comic, I'm having a lot of fun with it. It also only started out last year so you can get back issues for a reasonable price.
