Default vudu 99 cent movie of the day

is it just me or do others fine this misleading.

they have a 99 cent movie of the day but its only a rental.

it wouldn't be confusing if they also didn't have the 99 cent rental of the day.

with both of them at first glance it seems like the one is a true movie and not a rental you get but you'd be wrong.

I guess its just me.

its confusing to have one 99 cent movie of the day and then turn around and have another 99 cent rental of the day and both really be rentals.

i was just wondering others opinions.

thanks for your input.

You are not alone.

Although I learned what it meant a while back, I did initially assume 99 cent movie of the day meant it was a movie available for purchase for 99 cents.

I think the 99 cent rental is new and not usually there along with the 99 cent movie of the day. I am sure it confuses a few people the first time, but it is not really realistic to expect them to be selling decent movies on a daily basis for 99 cents. I think they got me the first time I saw it. Not really a major concern though.

no not really a concern but i was in touch with them and working on why i and others thought it was confusing and misleading.

the first person might even be the same one i've been speaking to was unaware there was both a 99 cent movie of the day and a 99 rental.

i mean even if your confused once you try to do it you see its a rental and not a purchase for 99 cents.
