Looks like this is only available in Region B. Does anyone here have this? How's the PQ/AQ and is it region locked?

Does anyone have the France Blu-ray of this? I'm reading conflicting things if it's region free or not...two different threads on this site even conflict. Also the Region free site says it is but on the French forum a guy says no.
