Default Hellboy 3 or Pacific Rim 2?

Let's say Guillermo Del Toro could only make one of these sequels, which one would you want?

I'm going to go Hellboy 3. I thought the Golden Army was a terrific sequel, I like the world(s) that character inhabits, and know Del Toro has the big finish all planned. That said, apparently every studio passed and it's DOA, so PR 2 is what we are getting.

Hellboy 3

Didn't like 'Pacific Rim', not interested in a sequel.

I really almost hate to say it, but neither. None of those movies really got me all that excited. I've actually preferred Del Toro's Spanish-speaking films more, so it will be interesting to see what his next output of movies is like. I'd love to see In the Mouth of Madness or the Haunted Mansion, but I fear studio interference in both of those would ruin the final product...

I want 'em both. I'd probably be more partial toward PR2, but there's potential in a third Hellboy to round off the series and provide more closure.

Hellboy 3

Although after Guillermo's most recent discussion about it on Reddit, it sounds like it may never happen.

I want both, but if I could only have one it would be Hellboy 3 although I know that is highly unlikely at this point.

Pacific Rim 2, easily. Giant robots and monsters are just cooler. I enjoy the Hellboy movies, and really wouldn't mind a third, but I've accepted it won't happen.

Neither, I hated both. I find Del Toro seriously overrated and after he showed early promise, his mainstream Hollywood career has been disappointing. Just because a director makes comic book style blockbusters doesn't mean his characters have to be quite as two dimensional as the ones in Del Toro's film's. I wished he'd go back to making Spanish language films. The Devil's Backbone was his one true masterpiece. His Hollywood films still show his flair for design, but otherwise I find them uninvolving and noisy, more concerned with fanboy pandering badassery than interesting characterisation or well paced plot progression.

I disagree. Cronos was his masterpiece. Devil's Backbone was disappointing. It was okay, but not great. It was better than Mimic, though...

I want both dammit.

Definitely Hellboy. Pacific Rim was enjoyable as a one off but there isn't much to go with, it was already wearing thin by the end of the first one

Both sequels if it's at all possible. Certainly over At the Mountains of Madness.
