Sony UV titles upgrade from SD to HD at reasonable price - Blu-ray Forum

I don't know if this is common knowledge but I was at the Sony UV site and went to look at the original Karate Kid movies which I have in SD and I noticed it offered upgrade to HD for $3.00 (reg price $14.99) and I checked the other title I knew I had in SD Gambit and the upgrade price was $5 (Reg $17.99)

I think those are reasonable prices for upgrading. Now if only Vudu would do the same thing.

Oldboy upgrade for $5
Afflicted - No upgrade discount
Steel Magnolia - No upgrade discount

So not all titles have a upgrade discount

I think it's cheaper to just buy a new HD UV code here.
