I like some of the recent ones such as We Were Soldiers and Wind Talkers in addition to the older ones mentioned.

Saving Private Ryan was very nice as well.

I'd also say Hamburger Hill

Deathwatch

A friend of mine told me about this and I went right out and bought it on DVD. Would love to see a Blu version.
