What will you be aiming to pick up on day 1?

For me:

silver console
second pad (maybe a different colour?)
two games (one for me, one for the kids)
two movies
I'm assuming the PS3 will come with a remote to play movies, but if not I'll get one of them too.
It uses standard HDMI cables(?) so I can get one of those in advance.

All I have to do over the next few months is think of an online game name, and hope I register it before someone else has the same idea!

The console, a second controller, and 2-3 games depending on what's available.

Got a nice set of PS2 games too, so if PS3 would upconvert those...

I just hope they sell all the colors they have shown, I want a Shiney Black console, 2 or 3 games and the New eye toy for my Kid (and me). And I will already have several Blu-ray movies ready to be watched unless I break down and buy a player before PS3.
