Default CBS/Paramount and Universal contact info

I'm going to be writing a letter to both studios asking on at least two (possible three) unreleased TV-on-BD. If you could tell me where to best send these that will get the attention of those making decisions on what gets put out on Blu-ray, it would be greatly appreciated. I haven't written by mail to Universal yet, but I have sent one to Paramount Home Entertainment about two decades ago though I always had a feeling they never read it. So I just want to make sure the "right people" are reading them and taking what I write into consideration. Thanks in advance.

The Digital Bits has a page of contact information:

Studio & Industry Links

Most people advise writing via "snail" mail (AKA, USPS)... and those addresses are listed there as well.

I'd advise you to make sure that said TV programs are released on DVD by the studios you are contacting before writing as people have a tendency to get them mixed up a lot.

Thanks, Alan. The TV shows in question that I'm writing about were in fact released on DVD by CBS and Universal.

Hmm... the first thoughts into my head regarding CBS are:

"Jericho", "CSI" (take your pick), "Ghost Whisperer" (I've read that the DVDs look like crap... yet the TV shows look great in HD???), "Star Trek: The Original Series"

The first thoughts into my head regarding Universal are:

"House, M.D.", "Battlestar Galactica", "The Office" and "30 Rock"...

I'm mailing my letters to CBS/Paramount Home Entertainment and Universal Studios Home Entertainment tomorrow, and while Bill Hunt's site is listing 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, CA 91608 for Universal, I saw on the back cover of several of my TV-on-DVD from the studio, a 2-digit Universal City Plaza address. It's hard to read, so I went on Google and found the following:

10 Universal City Plaza
Universal City, CA 91608

Should I address my letter to 10 Universal City Plaza? Thanks.

I took a look at the back cover to The Office: Season Three, since the series I'm requesting (and I don't currently own it on DVD) is another critically-acclaimed NBC series, and it is 10 Universal City Plaza, so I'll mail the letter using that address.

While you are at it, ask Uni if they plan to release definitely, maybe on Blu and ask paramount if they are planning a release of how to lose a guy in 10 days.

It's good to contact them about suggestions of BDs you want to see. Get a lot of people to email them and eventually they will make it. I did it with Hellraiser. Just that with AnchorBay instead.

I received a letter from Universal and they said no plans have been announced for a Blu-ray release for the series I requested, which was "Friday Night Lights". I also asked them to please restore all of the original broadcast music for the first two seasons on BD.

There's no correspondence yet from CBS/Paramount on the other two.
