It seems the Dutch and the Germans have a steelbook version of Ninja 2.
I've no clue if you can buy it elsewhere in Europe (or the US).

this disc is locked to region B though.
Cost me €9,99

It's missing the cast and crew interviews that the US release has.

The title on the steelbook is misleading though, but the entire package shows the complete title and so does the menu

Correct. The German title is 'Ninja: Pfad der Rache' though, so it is probably a good thing, at least for those who don't like German text on their Steelbooks.
