Cancelled my Preorder of Toxic Avenger on Amazon since Tromashop.com has them signed by Kaufman and Hertz for a limited time, was 12 dollars more but worth it I think

Troma on Facebook said that it is available now and also on Amazon (but it takes 10-13 days for it to ship).

Don't get me wrong I love Troma but I just wish they would allow other companies to release their stuff like Shout! Factory.

We did receive the troma HD master which looked very nice actually but it was quite scratched up and dusty so we had some additional cleanup work carried out at Pinewood Studios. It looks pretty impressive now.

The audio is DTS-HD MA by the way (even though it says LPCM on our packaging... D'oh!!! )

I personally can not wait to see how good this will look, I'm hoping that it looks as good as Street Trash.

so wait, are you saying the UK version will look superior or is the US version the same?

Unless Troma carried out some more work, ours should definitely look better.

Is there any plans on the sequels getting US releases? I currently have the UK versions preordered but was just interested in knowing.

Yup with USA friendly frame rates. It's available in 3 versions. A standard Blu-Ray, an hmv exclusive with an o-card and a poster and also steelbook from Zavvi. Oh and a DVD version too!
