Exclamation Dolby Digital EX or THX surround EX??
I am the very proud owner of the pioneer VSX-LX70 amplifier, however theres the two above modes that you can use for "digital EX" so whats the difference between the two settings? I have done an A/B comparison between the two & to my ears i cant tell any differences!! Fom what it explains in the manual i do believe you use the "digital EX" for a 6.1 set up (naturally) & you use the "THX surround EX" if you have a 5.1 set up & want to simulate a 6.1 set up, have i got this right?? Any views??
