Couldn't find a thread for this one. Not too surprised as Im pretty sure I read it didn't do much on original release. A shame though becasue its a very worthy follow-up to Chinatown. Hopefully something comes along at some point...

This one definitely needs a BD release....if only as a companion piece to "Chinatown". I saw it in "HD" on Netflix a while back. Looked pretty good, and was better as a film than I remembered it.

A massively underrated film and a beauty to look at; a natural for the format. I still wish Nicholson would make the third in the planned trilogy before he retires.
