Default MIB on blu - Best buy or Amazon. Tough call

I want to get my hands on MIB. I hear the disc has a movie ticket to see Hancock, which I also would like to see. My local Best buy has the disc for 25 bucks on top of that, I have to pay tax, so that would bring the total to around 30. On top of that, I have seen the thread about them movie ticket code stickers being jacked from the cases.

Okay, Amazon has the disc for 20 bucks, HOWEVER it don't say if that disc comes with the movie code sticker or not. Amazon is cheaper, I don't know if the movie code comes with the disc they have (it should!?) but I will have to wait probably at least a week to get the blu in and on top of that, because amazon is a bit cheaper then my local Best Buy, I am likly to drop a couple more disc in my shopping cart while Im at it.

take a printout from target.com and have BB price match down to $20, then you get the best of both worlds

Better yet. Take the weekly periodical from Circuit City to Best Buy so it's not a printout (some BBs are jackasses when it comes to that) - match the price, get it for $19.99, and get the movie cash and the Hancock bonus disc.

That sounds like a good plan. Did not think of that one. I did find the CC ad and I hope to head out to best buy here in a little bit

yeah i brought the circuit city ad to best buy for the price match. the guy was giving me an issue because he could not find a date on the circuit city flyer. Eventually he called the manager over who gave me the price match. worked out to get the hancock movie cash, the best buy sneak peek disk, and men in black for 19.99

I had BB match CC and I got mib for 20.00 the hancock movie ticket which i printed out and they gave me 5 hancock trailer discs. I guess they wanted to get rid of them.

One question though since I have not done a price match, do I take the disc up to the checkstand or to the customer service desk or does it really matter?

Just up to the cashier at Best Buy. If there are any problems (which there usually aren't) - they will call up the supervisor to the checkout.

I was at Fry's this morning and their copies of MIB also had the Hancock sticker on them, so it seems this is not a Best Buy or Target exclusive. I'll know tomorrow if my Amazon copy has the sticker.

Got my copy today in the mail from Family Video, it has the sticker.

The thing had too much adhesive, made a mess of the BD slip cover. It left backwards instructions & code on the cover.

I pricematched Circuit City's $19.99 price and got everything at Best Buy, including the Hancock disc.

Why is this so difficult for people to understand?

Well, just got back from best buy, had no problems at all I guess I got there in the nick of time too because it looks as if I got the last copy of MIB

Had some one else come up to me looking for the BD and I told em I just got the last one off the front table.

Looks like I just effed the friggen sticker up to get the movie cash, it tore from the slip cover meaning some scrap paper was left on it. I got it off, at least I think I did.

Also got the preview disk for hancock. She missed up when she did the price match, but did fix it right there.

I went to a newer best buy close to my work at lunch. Never been there before really nice store this was at 1pm they had 2 copies left 1 with a sticker 1 without. Used packing tape like you would use to get fuzz off your clothes tap tap all the goo came off. Logged on the website and printed up my ticket.

I hate Best Buy so thanks to them i discovered Amazon and have been saving money ever since. Its worth waiting the couple extra days, especially since i don't have to leave the house either.

To be honest I could give a rats ass about Movie Money, theaters rarely except passes within the first weeks release.

Picked up MIB at my local BB early this morning. They only had 2 copies after being open for only 30 mins. Priced matched CC to $19.99 and got the free Hancock preview blu ray.

I went to Circuit City this afternoon and picked up MIB. After redeeming the code online I was surprised to learn that neither of the major chains in my neighborhood were participating. The closest theater is like 25 miles away. Here in Arizona, the best theater chain is Harkins Theatres or Harkin's Cine Capri and there is also the AMC Theaters—none of which are participating. It would cost me more in gas than the damn ticket is worth to drive to the lone participating theater.
