COD4 or GR:AW2 - Blu-ray Forum

Hey guys, I'm thinking about picking up one of these as my next game. I've rented COD4 numerous times (free rental via mycokerewards) and I like the online play, as the story is very short.

My question is: which one should I get? I plan on joining a small friendly casual clan to keep competition high when I play online.

How is the Ghost Recon's: Advanced WarFighter 2 online play, and story mode, compared to COD4's?

i guess since I haven't played the latter i'm probably not the best source of information, but you can't go wrong with Game of the Year COD4

They are two different games.

If you want online play, I'd go with COD4 since it's more popular.

I'd get both since GRAW2 is only $20 used or $30 new at Amazon.

I played GRAW2 for a while...Its nice...
But COD4 is much better...online and offline..

So I'd also have to go with COD4...
There's a significant amount of users on COD4...Plus there's the levelling up system which keeps you playing continuosly..

If the game warrants you renting it more than once its more than worth a purchase..And you're lucky you waited as you now get the map pack for free with the game of the year edition.

o and the story is short...
but the quality is EXCEPTIONAL.

I haven't played GRAW2 except for the demo and on the 360 at a friend's house, CoD4 GOTY would be my pick as well.

story= GRAW 2. It has a better musical in-game score as well.

Online= CoD4.

Not as many people on graw 2 these days, still good online but cod4 will have many more games and users.

Metal Gear Solid is the best game I've played. Better than COD4. The single player is awesome and the graphics, gameplay, and sound are sick. Plus with 16 player online the game is the best so far for the PS3. I like the rank system much better in MGO and there will be loads of future downloadable content!!!

yeah I played 1 and 2 and cod4 just functions alot better in my opinion

actually i hated GRAW2. COD4 is great. but if you want a good fps get Battlefield Bad Company, i just have the demo but i loved it.
