When I ordered this on the 22nd October the price was £21.14. This then dropped to £17.25 some point after. The release date was listed as the 10th October, which was wrong, as that is a Friday

This finally shipped yesterday and I saw I was charged the higher price. I was expecting to have been charged the lower price, but as it "had already been released", the pre-order price guarantee wouldn't have applied, even though it hadn't come out

I contacted Amazon before I'd remembered the release date had already past, to enquire about a £3.89 refund

This was the reply I received:

I understand your concern regarding the price change of the 'Hot Tub Time Machine Steel Pack'

I've looked at your order and can see that the price change was significant and you just received this item from us.

Under the circumstances, I've issued a refund for the price difference in the amount of GBP 3.89


I also contacted them about The Usual Suspects and Thelma & Louise and in total got three different answers, but I'll post about those in those specific threads

Got mine today. It really is a nice metalpack. Was also pleasantly surprised that it played on my region A player after being disappointed with no playback on their Hitman and Juno metalapcks.
