Blu-ray Grand Duke

Caught this filming near my Uni the other day, didn't really catch what it was until I saw news articles on it, should of really investigated further.
As for the project itself, is there really any interest in a film version, the TV show is a classic, but it's also a product of it's time. Even with it being a film, I'm struggling to see how they're going to the humour of the TV show without it being dated as hell. Really strange project. |

^ I also acknowledge that Dad's Army had a studio audience (live or recorded unsure) which would enhance such humour. Well it could sure be interesting, I can see an avenue they could explore with updating the humour.
Now, for "Last of The Summer Wine". |

Looks ghastly. Impossible to watch without imagining how much better the real cast would have said the lines.
