Wishful thinking, but a full HD archive of the original trilogy pre-tweaking.

Well yeah, if the two really good looking ones need kidneys, a liver, or even a new eye (I saw a movie with Jessica Alba about this so I am going to believe it could actually happen), they can take them from the ugly one first. That one is just around for spare parts really.

I like the one where they take the Millenium Falcon back in time to bring back the extinct Banthas because the alien probe is tearing Tatooine apart trying to communicate with them.

I think episodes 1, 2 and 3 sucked so bad I'd like them to try it again. Episode 3 was pretty much a comedy with such classic lines as, "together we can rule the galaxy".... ugh. The acting was piss as was the uninspired, GG driven directing. Oh well.

However the original 4, 5 and 6 are of course absolute classics and I hope they do a bang up job on the Blu-Rays.

I'm totally psyched for the new Clone Wars movie/show coming in August (15th?) and will def buy that on blu. I have a feeling that will be the first SW blu.
I want'em all!

I want a 12 disc set, with 2 discs for every movie, including the original cuts BUT with improved audio (unlike the versions they released a couple years ago with bad audio to go along with the original video) and of course on one disc the high definition version with maybe a couple new tidbits and what not sprinkled in to make it seem better.

Hmmm, from a purely asthetic point of view, I think Episodes 1-3 will look the best out of them all, purely as they were made recently so the transfer to Blu-ray will probably be excellent.

As a result I think Episodes 4-6 may not look as good on Blu-ray, but to be honest I don't know all the tech details so I could be pleasantly surprised. Lucasfilm have been releasing so many versions of Star Wars over the years they've probably remastered things so much they may have a super digital transfer ready to go, who knows.

Story wise, my favourites are Episodes 2, 3, and 5. I think Revenge of the Sith will look amazing on Blu-ray.

I would like Lucas to forget his cuts of 1 & 2 and issue the phantom editor versions instead. They are so much superior it hurts.
