As much as I respect the critics of the film's Blu ray disk, SURELY it can't look that bad when playing ?

And my next question.... WHY DOES it look so bad? It is a recently made film...

Is it just me or is this blu-ray impossible to find in Ontario, Canada .. I have been searching for this since release date and it is nowhere to be found anywhere .. I no it has been getting some bad reviews for the PQ but its my favorite movie and i would love to grab this on Blu. Does anybody no of anywhere in the Toronto area to snag this?

If that large screencap of Daniel Day Lewis above is from the Blu ray disk, then it is truly woeful.

Can anybody near Toronto, Ontario, Canada confirm that they have seen this at any box stores anywhere? I can't for the life of me find this Blu-Ray and i want it in the worst way no matter the reviews. I find it very strange that this is nowhere to be found including Amazon.ca :/

Well I have looked almost everywhere in Edmonton for it and nothing.

Still have to check out HMV though.

yeah im beginning to think it's delayed in Canada for some stupid reason

Bestbuy and Futureshop don't even have in listed on the website and its nowhere to be found at HMV or Walmart either.

Hmmm, looks like they've used the same master as the UK release. I can tell by the transparent lines down both sides of that capture.

Quite often catalogue releases can be a week behind here.
You can order Blu-ray Discs from Amazon.com to Canada.
