Finished the new Nightfall. Cheese has been found! LOL When you get to the Jovian Complex, Eris has some interesting/funny things to say and the hunter cloak from Eris will now be renamed to The Sister's of the Poor Convent cloak!

Turned the game on this morning to make sure everything was downloading so when I got home from work I would be ready to go….to my surprise it was already installed!!

1st time I’ve had that experience w/the ps4…..got the messages thanking me for purchasing the dlc and what not…..went to the map and there were no !.....i thought “oh crap”

Saw my buddy was on already playing so I called him……thankfully he figured it out that you had to go get a mission from the new vendor.

Anyway…..stayed up until about 12:30 last night knocking out bounties so I would have something to trade in today and level up my warlock.

Can’t wait for 2nite!!

Where is the new vendor located at?

If anyone sees me on before 4:30 cst, it is not me. It will be my nephew playing on my account. I don't have his Phone #. Please join him and tell him not to play my new missions. I had a bunch of Legendary engrams saved up. He cashed them in for me yesterday while I was at work.

Looks like I did the same as everyone else and login this morning to check the status of the update. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was good to go.

After turning in my bounties I leveled up the Vanguard and received a commendation package. Where do you turn them in? I didn't have time to check this morning before going to work.

i didn't get to check this morning either, but i would think when you go buy armor or weapons, it'll just show as being in your inventory like vanguard or crucible marks.

It's just another form of vanguard rank, is all.

I can see it on the app in my inventory. I would think you just go to the Vanguard seller but I can't tell from work.

You turn in the commendations when you go buy gear from the Vanguard. It's just a new requirement to buy certain gear. You will need commendations to get helmets and chest pieces I believe, gauntlets and boots do not.

Also commendations can be stored and moved around, they are not locked to a particular character.

I got in a about an hour and half this morning. Between my 2 characters I got a chest piece, gauntlets, and boots. Finally at lvl 30 now. I almost have the new gear maxed out. Also bought the new arc sniper from vanguard. I havent done the mission yet. Just did some bounties this morning. I did luck out and get a exotic bounty too. Decided on doing pocket infinity and I will just dismantle the one I just got last week.

Sux with the factions as you have to have a crucible commendation to get weapons, helmet, or chest piece. I cant stand the crucible.

I am looking to run the nightfall tonight at 6 CST if anyone is interested in teaming up.

He leveled up Criptarch and got a VOC in the Postmaster Drop. I need a second one.
I would like to be the first to do the new missions with my characters though.
At least he knew not to turn the 10 bounties on each character.

They're giving out VOG raid weapons now as level-up rewards? Wonder if the mythoclast will be included in that?

I had 4 VoC's after the raids last week. I plan to level up the third so all three of my characters have one. Already dismantled the fourth. Even though I didn't need it, it felt so wrong doing so...

so the vendor armor goes to light 33, does that mean you need 1 new exotic (36 light), 2 new legendary (33), and 1 old vog armor (30) to get to level 31? that would equal 132 light. if so, that's a little easier than we thought
