Valid devices appear to be Galaxy Tab S, Galaxy Note Pro, Galaxy Tab Pro, Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S4. Note 4 users have also confirmed it worked for them via Twitter but YMMV.

Once the app is installed and opened click on the 2 in a circle (Watch Movies) on the left side and then click on the yellow outlined box with an arrow pointing to the right. Next screen click on the The Hunger Game or Catching Fire and you will be taken to the Google Play Store.
