Yeah Halloween I wouldn't include at all, but the box set itself that can still be found at most retailers will be OOP sometime this year supposedly. Intruder is trickier, since it does have a bonus disc.

If these in print movies or sets are to be included, they should be color coded in red or something to separate them from the list of movies that are in no way on the market anymore.

I think the same applies to Twilight Time since they're limited to 3,000 copies anyway.
I think you're post answers my question regarding the Asian LE sets.
It seems that this list will be "wide release Blu-rays" that are OOP.
There are dozens of short-run, limited-edition sets that would really make this list enormous:
CJ Entertainment Collection
Hommage Collection
Novamedia Collection
Plain Archive Exclusive Collection
Twilight Time Collection
Etc... Etc...

Yeah I would include Intruder, Evil Dead, Digibooks, etc., but would leave off Halloween since the lithograph wasn't really apart of the package. It was just a poster you received with it. It's not attached or apart of the box set in anyway.

The Phantom of the Opera (1925)
is OOP from Image. The U.K. release is also OOP.

Otherwise we'd have to include every Scream Factory collector's edition that comes with a poster.

If yes, then all of the titles in the CJ Entertainment Collection and The Hommage Collection fit the bill.
Let me know and I'll post a list here.
Yes, any BD that is OOP.

That might make your list unwieldy. You'd have to include all retailer exclusives.

Hell comes to Frogtown and Hellgate from Arrow are both out of print.

Aren't alot of the German Mediabooks out of print like Re-animator (3 disc edition) from Capelight - only the single disc edition is in circulation now.

Jersey Girl, The Hoax, and several other Echo Bridge titles are also OOP. They lost the rights to anything from Miramax, I believe.

See: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=239200 and https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=215088

On another note entirely, it seems that "Find Me Guilty" came and went quickly and quietly. I'm pissed that I missed that one. I wonder what happened.

Well, here in Brazil, Cruel Intentions and The Craft are OOP.
But, in November I bought Cruel Intentions from a seller of Amazon UK and received it in January, to my surprise it came factory sealed.

I believe Sony's Dogma has been OOP for a while, you cannot get it new direct from Amazon or Best Buy.

Universal's Eddie Murphy Nutty Professor 1996 seems the same way, this one had a Universal's 100th Anniversary slipcover in addition to a regular blu non slipcover version

Can anyone else confirm both of these as OOP?

From looking at the prices I'd say they are and I have added them.
