Default Blu-ray Storage

Ok I know this is a silly question, but I am wondering what other people are doing about this.

Problem: Where in your movie collection do you store movies that are in the same series/collection, but the names are not the same.

For instance: The Christopher Nolan Batman Movies: Batman Begins, Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises. Do you file them under batman, so they are next to the other batman movies? Do you purely do them on their own title? SO one shows up with Batman, the other two Dark Knight.

Example 2: Clash of the Titans & Wrath of the Titans

Example 3: Romancing the Stone & Jewel of the Nile

Example 4: the Bond Films

I'm curious what everyone else is doing in these situations. Purely Alphabetical or keeping movie series together or maybe some other option.

I have my whole collection alphabetical, with the exception of boxed sets in unique cases(like the tin for band of brothers), or Large series of movies (bond, harry potter, star wars, star trek). I have used custom case labels to either save space or align some movies, or just because I liked it better. (I used a set of 4 6disc cases with custom labels for all of the bond films)

For the examples above: Batman I currently have the fancy boxed original films, plus the 3 separate dark knight films, I am debating a custom case solution, to either include all 7 films or split into first 4 plus last 3... Titans films not sure what I am doing with them yet (currently residing in my Not Yet Filed section). RtS and JoN are in a combined custom case and are filed under Romancing the Stone since its the first movie. Bond as mentioned resides in custom cases in separate area.
