There are a lot of games where certain unlockables are only available through achievements online
...and dont get me started on all the DLC you have to buy. Basically to get everything available in a game these days you end up spending $100+.


Still looks cool, and I will probably still buy it to play offline alone or with a friend, though.

I took the first prequel BD release that I found for $15 the other day to the local trade in store and got $11 for it. The woman that did the buy back asked me what I thought about the new trailer and then the entire store started in. It was nerdvana in there for a bit. 30 -40 year old people turning into kids again.

I like how once the panel started, the site went live with all the info, so I knew the date, Jakku level, characters, etc, before people who were actually there LOL

I was raised on the OT, but there's a whole generation of kids that were raised on the PT and all the stuff that followed and for them their opinion of the OT can differ greatly. What's going to be really funny is watching the vehemently opposed/for PT/OT fanbase find that there's now a THIRD side to this when this trilogy comes out. No longer will it be an us or them mentality as there will be a whole new generation of opinions creating another fan group.

There already is a third generation. It's the kids who have been watching clone wars and rebels and don't care about the movies. And as someone who interacts with a lot of kids that generation is huge too. There is about to be a fourth.

Nothing against the panel members but that was an extremely lackluster AAA non-reveal of the game.

Hopefully the sound quality in game does not suck as much as the teaser. Sick and tired of shitty sound quality in video games.

The Carrie Fisher panel should be fun; thankfully she is compelling and humorous person.

So Battlefront is a typical next-gen game...looks preaty but less features than previous gens. Sad, I thought this would be the game to actually make me get off my butt and buy a PS4.

Might as well go seek out Battlefront 1 and 2 instead of the upcoming game. I'll definitely buy it, mainly because of the new areas and that it's A NEW BATTLEFRONT GAME, but I hope they improve on some of the complaints listed here.

Yeah, that is disappointing. But considering the crappy SP campaigns that have been in the last couple of Battlefield games, it may be a good thing. Dice has trouble doing good campaigns.

He can actually be a very funny guy. He is the guy behind TONS of voices from Clone Wars to Minions and everything in between. He's even doing a whole panel just about himself (dont think it's going to be livestreamed though).
But as a host, it's a little... meh. They obviously have every question and everything they are doing preplanned, which takes away from the spontaneity of an interview.
