I agreed with you about their collectible accounts as well, theyre building a very solid and loyal customer based which helps them to gauge for their future releases rather than having to guesstimate all the time. I also have to admit their customer service is top notch, very fast at answering questions and quite professional and polite. My question is, are we really buying the steelbook or are we buying the status/feeling of feeling important? lol
