Oh come now, come now, if you're never going to do L34, L35, or the Trials, then what's left in Destiny once the other stuff becomes too easy?

I still do the VoG but it doesnt advance my skill as a player anymore because it's too easy. (He says, fully cognizant that he can't swordbear)

Plus, some of these stories are about teams that have 33's (me) in them. When we're all 34's in the group, they may be easier to swallow.

Heck, I haven't even picked up the controller since 9pm Tuesday. Three days without Destiny? What is this new devilry?

Everyone should be L34 by now on one character, no?

Ascent an exotic + one armor core last week, another armor core this week, and I'm sure there's an Etheric Light found somewhere since HoW dropped for the last piece of armor.

Easy doesn't concern me; entertainment does. I have an incredibly stressful job. I play video games at night to relax and wind down. They allow me to focus on a fun task and not think about tomorrow's financials conference call or next week's board meeting. It is mindless fun for me.

I'm not particularly interested in beating my head against the wall for three hours for a weapon I don't want and one etheric light. I can do everything I enjoy doing in the game without a 365 legendary primary.

I do realize that I am the extremely small majority on that.

Found a strategy for 34 PoE. We finished with 2 33s and 1 34 one of each class. Run to the right and one player focuses on shooting the eye when field pops up group at the v behind the barrier to shotgun 3 fields. Shoot ghorns when you can at boss. Keep adds at bay and if the eye comes to you it doesn't take long. He doesn't always cooperate.

Anyone have a level 34 and want to help with the 34 PoE tonight? Will be two of us 33, thinking we need a 34 to drop the eye & shields fast enough.

Hopefully, you'll get it soon. It's an awesome hand cannon and I used it a lot in the beginning but then Word of Crota took over and now I switch it up with Fatebringer...since I'm still trying to max Fatebringer for all my 3 characters.

Getting annoying that I still haven't found treasure keys.

finally beat the end boss.....other 2 guys were dead, I used my last rockets, and had to put an entire magazine into him from my Fang of Ir Yut b/c I forgot I had a shotgun on instead of a sniper rifle......I was on Bubble Duty if it came down to it.

get back to the airlock.....drop 2 levels towards the treasure room......."ERROR, you've been disconnected from the server" and I end up back in orbit.

No treasure room, no rewards, no Level 34.

needless to say.....me & this game are going to be on a "break" for the next couple of days.

I still feel so bad about that... I couldn't believe it actually happened.
