you did yourself a favor. The HBO version is a Grainy zoomed/cropped mess that is pure blasphamy to this film.

I got this for14.95 with the prime signup. Can't wait. I saw this on hbo hd the other night it sounded awesome. The lossless track is going to be so nice. Friday nights are family night. My wife and I let our 4 kids pick what they want for dinner and what they want to do. I don't know if they will wait till friday for this one. My 12 year old asks me everyday when transformers is coming out and then goes and gets his toys. Now with gangster coming out eat that hddvd fanboys we got all your movies ha ha. And they are better than your hdud.

The Amp is getting pushed when this comes home, and i mean home, this would have won the war before xmas if it had been blu back then.......but this is still sweetness and light. My neighbours better be on holiday when this goes on!!!!

They should've given Transformers a 7.1 DTS MA soundtrack.

I'm sick of this guy. I've heard that the video encode for this BD release has been Bluray optimized. Yet he says Para used the exact same encode. Even if it's not true, I bet he didn't even bother to watch it.

I can't wait to see this bad boy sitting on my blu shelf. It looked beautiful enough upconverted and I think this movie is awesome!

I couldn't agree more...but from the looks of it this awaited disc will not dissapoint one bit.... love this freaking movie

He basically used the same review he did for HD DVD, but changed a couple of words.

I've been waiting for this for a long time as most of you have. It will be interesting to see what first week sales on Blu Ray are like compared to when it first arrived on HD DVD.
