Good to see another person putting their money where their mouth is. Goes to show Robert’s shootout had a practical value for some rather than only serving as debate fodder on other websites or forums, which I’m pretty confident is already happening knowing display fanboys in the world of the audio/video social media internet.

Jim, I’m not sure how nitpicky you are (as I’m talking critical viewing here), but once you make your deal with Robert (purchase/initial calibration), of which you can’t go wrong because even back during the days of the HD DVD-Blu-ray format war, he had an outstanding track record for customer service (no matter if one was a ‘Blu’ or ‘Red’ supporter), keep in mind that all TVs drift over time - https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...t#post10550674
