SimpleTech 500GB external drive question
Hi,
My Bj's savings book has a SimpleTech 500GB external hard drive advertized under $100. I would take this apart and put the drive in my PS3 for a upgrade of hard drive space... but I don't know if it's the right kind of drive inside. I've heard of others doing this. One thing about this is you can re-use the old drive (in my case 60GB) in the shell and so you still can keep using it. So... Does anyone know what type of drive is in these SimpleTech external drives? -Brian |
