Anyone redeeming a title on HBODigitalhd.com have an issue this week?



Trying to redeem sopranos on Google Play, and I keep getting this error, and GP won't take the code either.

Just wanted to know if anyone else has been having a problem to see if it is temporary.

Hey all long time no see. I just came into a stack of about 115 valid codes from a video rental store that is going out of business. I want to offer them up but I know some of them may be SD.

Is there an easy way to check which may be SD v HD, or to find a list of movies whose codes only ever came in HD (if they came as both, I will just conservatively assume the code I have is SD).

I hadn't but i tried anyway, same error. GP won't even read the code as valid, but HBO does.

You have to click continue and it will give you providers list where you can redeem the code.

Once again where does it state SD/HD? On myuv or on the provider list? If I click continue it wants my email and DOB - not wanting to redeem.

worst case call HBO and give them the code to see if it is valid - that error has only happened to me when the code has been redeemed

well uncheck the box (terms and condtions) , then hit enter - on the next page it will say the title and where to redeem as well as the definition - if you pick a provider VUDU or FLIX it will redeem otherwise it will not
